CREparserTerms of Service

These terms govern your use of creparser.com and the CREparser plugins for Claude and ChatGPT (the “Service”), provided by Superdocs (“Superdocs”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
1. The Service
CREparser reads the commercial real estate documents you provide and produces cited abstracts and reviews inside your AI assistant. You need your own Claude or ChatGPT account, and that provider’s terms also apply to your use of it.
2. Not professional advice
The Service gives a reading of your documents, with each value linked to its source so you can check it. It can be wrong or incomplete, and it is not legal, financial, investment, tax or appraisal advice. Check important terms against the original documents and consult a qualified professional before relying on them. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
3. Your documents
You keep all rights to the documents you upload and to the abstracts and exports made from them. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share each document with the Service, including under any confidentiality obligations that apply to it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content you have no right to share, or that is unlawful or contains malicious code;
- disrupt the Service, get around its limits, or access other users’ data;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows; or
- use the Service in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
5. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you should tell us promptly at creparser@superdocs.io if you think it has been misused.
6. Plans and payment
Some use may be free and limited. If you buy a paid plan or credits, the price and what is included are shown before you pay. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove features, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will give notice on this site before it takes effect, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept it.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the Service or other users. Your documents are then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Superdocs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover Superdocs against claims arising from documents you upload or from your breach of these terms.
