How long are my documents kept?

Documents, abstracts and reviews are deleted automatically 24 hours after you last use them, and you can ask your assistant to delete a document at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

Getting started

CREparser Lease Abstraction abstracts commercial leases and their amendments. CREparser Deal Review does the same and also reviews rent rolls, T12 operating statements, offering memoranda, loan agreements, appraisals, estoppel certificates and CAM reconciliations. You need only one of them.
In Claude, add CREparser Lease Abstraction from Claude’s directory. Deal Review is coming soon there; email creparser@superdocs.io for early access.
Attach a document and ask, for example, “Abstract this lease.”, “Check this T12.” or “Tie this rent roll out against these leases.” See What to ask for more.
The first time, you’re asked to connect your CREparser account. Sign in with Google and a free account is created automatically.
In Claude Code, install from the plugin repository: claude plugin marketplace add superdocsio/creparser-leases-claude-plugin or superdocsio/creparser-deals-claude-plugin, then install the plugin it lists.

Plans and billing

One account covers CREparser Lease Abstraction and CREparser Deal Review, in Claude and ChatGPT. You’re charged one document for each abstract or review: a lease together with its amendments, a rent roll, an operating statement, an offering memorandum, a loan agreement, an appraisal, an estoppel certificate or a CAM reconciliation. Importing files is free, and opening an abstract again is free.

Free: 5 documents of any kind, once.
Lease Abstraction Pro: US$99 a month for 10 leases a month, in either plugin.
Deal Review Pro: US$199 a month for 30 documents a month of any kind, leases included.
A Pro plan’s count starts again each month on the day you subscribed.
Extra documents: US$15 each, for any kind of document. They are used once your plan’s own documents run out, or for documents your plan doesn’t include, and they last 12 months from purchase.

Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Business buyers can enter a VAT number.

Paying, cancelling and invoices

Upgrading. Open your account and sign in the way you connect your assistant, or ask your assistant “What’s my CREparser plan?” for a personal link that works for 24 hours. You choose a plan there and pay on a secure checkout page. Payment never happens in the chat.
Moving to Deal Review Pro. On Lease Abstraction Pro, the same link offers the upgrade. You pay the difference for the rest of the month, and the documents you’ve used this month carry over. Moving back to Lease Abstraction Pro takes effect when your plan renews.
Cancelling Pro, changing your card or downloading invoices. Open your account and choose Manage subscription, or ask your assistant for your billing link. If you cancel, Pro continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Who charges you. Payments are handled by Stripe, which sells on our behalf and takes care of sales tax and VAT. Checkout shows “Sold through Link”, Stripe’s checkout, and your card statement shows LINK.COM* SUPERDOCS. Receipts and invoices come from Stripe.
