Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
CREparser is a product of Superdocs (“Superdocs”, “we”, “us”). We run creparser.com and the CREparser plugins for Claude and ChatGPT. This policy explains what we collect when you use them, why, and the choices you have.
The short version
- We process the documents you give us only to produce your abstracts and reviews.
- Only your account can open your documents.
- Documents and reviews are deleted 24 hours after you last use them, or sooner if you ask.
- We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your documents to train AI models.
What we collect
- Your account. When you create your account, we keep your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, Google confirms who you are and shares your name and email address with us; we never see your Google password. If you sign in with an email address and password, we keep the password only in a one-way scrambled form. We also keep a record of the assistants you have connected, so they stay connected, and while you sign in we set a cookie that keeps you signed in on our sign-in pages. Your documents are filed under a one-way scrambled account identifier, which keeps them separate from everyone else’s, together with your plan and how many documents the account has imported, which we use to apply your plan’s limits. If you pay, we also keep your payment partner’s customer and subscription references, your subscription’s status and dates, and the extra documents you bought. Your card details and billing address stay with the payment partner; we never see them.
- Your documents. The files you upload or attach, such as leases, rent rolls, operating statements, offering memoranda and loan agreements, the text we read from them, and the abstracts, reviews, approvals, flags and reviewer names you add.
- Usage records. Which features were used, whether they worked, how long they took, and the type and page count of each document. These records never contain the text of your documents.
- Network information. Your IP address, used for a few minutes to stop any one visitor from overloading the service. We do not write it to our records.
- This website. creparser.com uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, browser and device details and the pages you view, under Google’s own privacy policy. We do not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs for security.
Your AI assistant
The plugins work inside Claude or ChatGPT. When you ask your assistant to review a document, it reads the document’s text through CREparser, so the assistant’s provider also processes that text, under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive only what your assistant sends to CREparser, such as the document and the draft abstract, not your conversation.
How we use it
- To read your documents, show each value with its source, and produce the exports you ask for.
- To keep your documents private to your account.
- To prevent abuse, keep the service running, and fix problems.
- To answer you when you contact us.
How long we keep it
Documents, the text read from them, and your abstracts and reviews are deleted automatically 24 hours after you last use them. You can ask your assistant to delete a document at any time, and it is removed straight away. Usage records are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting. Your account details, plan and connected assistants are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that host and run CREparser, such as hosting and, for paid plans, payment processing. They may use it only to provide their service to us. Paid plans are sold by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record (checkout shows “Sold through Link”) and receives your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a successor if our business is sold or merged, under this same policy.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Each document is tied to the account that uploaded it, and links to the viewer and to exports expire within minutes. No method of storage or transfer is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you promptly if a breach affects it.
Your choices and rights
You can delete any document through your assistant. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email creparser@superdocs.io. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
CREparser is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will give notice on this site before they take effect.
